Processing & Preparation Each order is handled with the same care we give to our antique machines. Please allow 1–3 business days for careful packing and preparation before dispatch.

Carriers & Methods We ship using trusted carriers selected for reliability and safe handling. Shipping options available to your region will appear at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days once in transit. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Tracking & Updates A tracking number will be provided once your parcel leaves our hands. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear. 

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout according to package weight, dimensions, and destination. Antique and vintage items may require additional packing materials to ensure safe arrival.

Address Accuracy Please review your shipping address carefully. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If a parcel appears delayed or missing, begin by checking with the carrier using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, we are here to help.

Shipping Damage In the rare event of shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear .jpg photographs of the item and packaging. This documentation allows us to assist you promptly.
